Welcome to Avesta
Avesta is well situated in central Sweden, in the southern part of Dalarna, with good transport connections and positive economic trends. In the years to come the Outokumpu company will have invested the equivalent of more than 500 million euros in a new plant at Avesta steel works. This will mean new employment opportunities not only with Outokumpu, but also for many suppliers in the region.
