Avesta Bison Park

The bison is a very large and magnificent animal with prehistoric roots. The story about how the European bison was saved from extinction in Avesta is very interesting, and the future is even more exciting! Today you might see a bison in Avesta. Tomorrow that same bison may be walking around a national park in the Carpathians. Avesta will continue working as a part of a European collaboration, saving these amazing animals.
